Rock-N-Jocks Custom Color 59Fifty Update - October 2010

Rock-N-Jocks recently released three new two-tone fitted colorways in October with more to follow.

The charcoal gray, melton wool two-tone below features the Toronto Raptors mascot logo embroidered on the front of the cap with a team color red top visor and purple accents.

Fitted enthusiasts looking for hot colorways in October can also find a Chicago Bulls two-tone in red on black, as well as a Philadelphia Flyers, black on orange colorway to satisfy NHL fitted fans. The Bulls 59Fifty features the team's city wordmark in raised embroidery with a retro team logo embroidered on back. The Flyers two-tone features a green undervisor and Flyers logos in black, white, and orange.

Adidas Los Angeles Lakers "17 Championship Banners" Collection

The NBA season is upon us and the Los Angeles Lakers are back to defend their title for the 2010-11 season. In commemoration of the Lakers 17th championship, Adidas will be re-releasing their banner collection, this time updated with the Lakers 2009-10 banner. The collection consist of three two-tone fitteds and flat brim flex caps with LA ligature logos. The fitteds feature direct embroidery while the ligature caps are highlighted with a nice satin application. All styles are laced with 17 banner labels on the back panels. These caps will go on sale first week of November through NBA.com, Lakers TeamShop, and select accounts.

ECAPCITY Custom Color Fitted Update - August 2010

Back with another review of custom fitted releases now available at ECAPCITY.

We begin with two custom color re-releases for the month of August. The first re-release is a Montreal Expos two-tone in black on lime green, with the logo embroidered to match. The second revisit is a New York Mets 59Fifty featuring the team's ligature in white on a blue crown, with plum visor and matching top button.

Two welcome additions to any throwback fitted collection, the first, an authentic Toronto Bluejays team color two-tone in royal blue and red. The cap features the Jays alternate ligature logo from 2000-02, but in 2003 it was made their primary logo. To the right, an Arizona Diamondbacks fitted for the the team's 1998 identity, in black on teal with white sweatband, grey undervisor and minus the New Era branding.

Two popular Florida teams got the deep purple treatment this month. On the left, a Tampa Bay Devils Rays two-tone in deep purple and orange featuring the team's retro '99-'00  logo embroidered to match. To the right, a new colorway for the Florida Marlins in purple on hunter green made to hook to Nike's Air Carnivore sneaker release.

Another classic black on red NHL two-tone release for the New Jersey Devils, as well as a Chicago Blackhawks fitted in gray melton wool with a full color embroidery.

Last  in this recap, a New Jersey Nets throwback in Hunter and Kelly green, with lime accents and undervisor. Followed up by a custom colorway for Nashville Predators affiliate, the Milwaukee Admirals, in graphite on black with sky blue accents.

Mitchell & Ness XL Logo, 2T Grey Fitted Caps

Mitchell & Ness is back with another release of XL Logo fitted caps, this time in standard 2Tone format. Like the first release, the XL Logo 2T features team logos in tight embroidery with various levels of raised sections. All styles have tonal Mitchell & Ness script branding on the left side panels with large league logos on the backs. The XL, 2T style are set to drop early September through Mitchell & Ness.com and official dealers.

Adidas Golden State Warriors 2010 NBA Draft Cap
